Esaal (“ask” in Arabic) is an online platform connecting experts from a huge variety of fields with users to have video calls, phone calls and chats for consulting on questions and problems.
Esaal aims to be the region’s most people centric service for life consultation and life advices. Enabling anyone at anytime, not just to ask a question, but to get a personalised advice that makes a difference in their life.
Repositioning the brand among its competitors was key for the new brand. The new brand visualises the journey and close relationship between the expert and the user based on esaal’s core values.
